Native Title Negotiation

Goodz GMC has established a successful track record of negotiation for access to Crown land for both low and high impact activities.

Negotiation
We have acted in various capacities to meet with native title claimants, carry out field surveys and to approve low impact works. We have drafted agreements and signed off on behalf of the client.

Indigenous Land Use Agreements (ILUA)
At a much higher impact level, we have negotiated Indigenous Land Use Agreements to cover areas up to 2000 square kilometres. These ILUA's have removed any risk from future delays and uncertainty in obtaining approvals.

These ILUA's included any future tenement applications of acquisitions by the Project and locks in all compensation and cultural heritage requirements. This eliminates land access risks, and allows the mining/exploration projects to secure finance.

Goodz GMC has established a good working relationship with the various Claimant Representative Bodies in Queensland, Victoria and Western Australia and the National Native Title Tribunal.
